What do you do when life starts to feel a little difficult?

For me it usually means I have been comfortable for way too long. And it's time to get outside of the comfort zone. Usually when we don't change for too long. Life forces us to change and it's difficult. Because we don't see a solution in our current mindset. But it's very generalized. We can talk through difficulties you facing and break them down into actionable steps. What you think?
Time move garbage out of house, sell things, that not needed, open eyes to see new perspectives, travel to meet new people, keep calm, read new books, leave some bad habits.
