Finally, I did the phaver dispatcher thing and also enabled the XMPT Messaging stuff after so many tries because it wasn’t gonna connect to my MetaMask mob

Sorry to hear, we should next week have a fix that allows everyone to comment but there should not be restrictions on L3 users anyway, so check that you have the latest app version.
