To accumulate Time Points, all you need to do is start reading, for every minute of reading, you can receive roughly 1 t.p. (this number may vary). In addition, you can publish under your profile page, just simply posting without selecting a Territory. The article will still be shared with your Lens account. And you can always republish this article to a Territory after you join.
