I feel that today we are living in an overly-volatile time of music production. It used to be that songs took a long time to mature, lasted a long time and therefore transformed societies. Hendrix once said that if something was to change in the world, it would happen through music, but he said this at a time when musical pieces could last 5 - 10 - 15 minutes, when music was the fruit of many years of artistic, creative and workshop work, when there were no computers that generated music on demand. Cool that you talk about legacy, that's important! I talk a lot these days with young creatives who aren't looking for more than what Spotify gives them. They don't know the past. And as Bob Marley sang - if you don't know your history then you don't know where you came from. Let's explore the history of music! It's good for everyone!
Music's hidden stories are treasures waiting to be rediscovered. Their legacy echoes through time, influencing, and inspiring us still 🎶
