My son would have me completely drained of any money in a store like that. He loves cards, specifically Pokémon cards. I plan on surprising him soon with buying him a bunch of extremely rare collections I have researched. I loved it as a child. He gave me my favorite card, a simple and tattered Pikachu that I carry in my wallet everywhere
Thank you. He's a great kid, and has a huge heart. There are many kids in my area not fortunate enough to have toys or cards, and he never hesitates to give them even some of his best cards. For that generosity, I always reward him with something to show how proud of him I am. I have always emphasized the importance of helping those less fortunate than we are, and even taken him with me several times when I knew someone was needing assistance to show him how simple gestures go so far for many in need. Now, he does it on his own and it makes my heart melt of how great of a child he is.
Thank you, I'm not a perfect father, but I sure try my hardest to teach him right in his ways.
