The 3 C's Waking Up Method:
1. **Connect with Yourself**
- Check in with how you feel.
- Get some daylight and appreciate the outdoors.
2. **Calendar**
- Review your schedule, focusing on tasks important for your personal well-being.
3. **Check-In**
- Reach out to someone close to you.
How? Trying to wake up a bit earlier than needed, so I can start the day in my pace, not against the clock.
