For sure! I think sometimes we often get stuck in survival mode during certain phases of our lives. Ironically however, even though the word survival would often relates to a fight response, the ground reality differs by a large extent. The body starts allocating energy to the most basic human needs- sustainance, health, hygiene - in the process the brain tends to become a little foggy and we dont feel upto to mark. Sadly, that causes a lot of self doubt and we end up feeling stuck. What has helped me the most is prioritising and listening very intuitively to what my body is telling me. If i need to sleep, i sleep- if i need i food, i eat- if i need to cry, i cry- keeping a track of how you are managing to take care of yourself even when things feel uncertain around you is a testament that you are capable of turning things around. Acknowledging your own efforts is a game changer! And slowly youll get there Hope this helps :))
