Post-covid, I wonder whether people are interested more living in houses or apartments in the future? Given the flexibility not needing to live in cities

Apartment’s. Minimal upkeep required over a stand alone until I get enough free time to maintain a home 🌿
House in the country…close-ish to a mid to large size city. 15 minutes I’m downtown or in the middle of nowhere.
I’d say houses since that gives more personal space if another pandemic hits.
Apartments imo, but not in the city
