- I agree, but imo, most people are more concerned with consumption rather than ownership, and this might be one reason they don't resonate with the idea of Music NFTs. There are other factors too, such as not viewing music as art. Music NFTs are now where visual art was a few years ago when XCOPY was selling art for literally $ 1
Also, what I don't understand is how people who say they believe in Web 3 as a whole are not believing in Web 3 music – this seems quite strange to me
To make Music NFTs more widely embraced, we need to reach beyond the vinyl collectors who understand their value – most people don't engage in both
But whether people like it or not, Music NFTs are the future. They're cool and, imo, will play an essential role in the adoption of Web 3, even though today it might not seem like they matter at all🌹
