Open Actions can lower the barrier of entry for creators to expose onchain actions without having to develop/host a website, and have built-in provenance to enhance security and revenue attribution. The current limitation of Open Actions is frontend support, something Frames can help solve. There are a few developments that I think will greatly improve the developer experience and lead to widespread adoption: - Frames support onchain transactions - Open Frames standard establishes a universal way for apps to expose multiple Frame types (https://github.com/open-frames/standard/blob/v0.0.1/README.md) - Lens community expands on Portals to adopt a unified Lens Frames spec - Lens apps expose every post as Frames, allowing embedded Open Actions to be executed anywhere More details: https://hey.xyz/posts/0x2a6b-0x08
