- Thankss, I thought I'll get some personal questions but thanks god didn't get, lool \:D
So about supportive part.. As Phaver, the user has always guided our development from day one until today. If you are managing a social media project and want to be one of the big ones going forward, you need to listen to the community each moment. Because we didn't build the project to use it ourselves \:D I remember Phaver's project days in March last year when I joined as a normal user. We were discussing some topics with the CEO, CFO and other team members on Discord. We have always listened to the community since day one. What have we done until now? User feedback, in-app campaigns, community meetings, IRL events etc.
Most important three things.. I wrote huge text but textbar deleted.. so will write short: 1. Understand whole web3 social idea. (Use different protocols, learn how lens works and try every lens apps (1-2 months) before starting to launch a new project.) 2. Accept the community first approach (make community research, because community is angry and hungry, people should be able to see from community eye). 3. Be sincere and transparent (general thing but has to be in every space)
