The influence feels like an amplifier - if everything is fine and things move forward, social media is a nice thing to stay up-to-date and share achievements. But if life sucks, one feels insecure or is struggling, social media just makes it worse. Then it feels like you're wasting time with something that also makes you more sad
Same here - all my work is social media - sometimes I just wanna throw my phone out of the window 🥲
It's a balance like everything and agree with the challenge of navigating without social medias. Since joining Phaver I've noticed improvements in most parts of daily life - motivates me to get in shape, stopped drinking alcohol, and actually post and share stuff (never did that on Facebook or Twitter really). Also enjoying the content of web3 social frens - my people who understand why we're here and why we aim for better 😊🫶🏻
Interesting question. In fact, I've studied that phenomenon on the youth because I'm researcher. But, in my personal case I use it like a powerful tool in my profesional work, and for monetizing my content on web3.
