DYOR there is something called "spam filter" and it is set by each app itself Lens is not cenzured as a protocol @lenster.lens is if you dont like how lenster is hiding some comments that are made by bots you are free to switch to a difrent app there are plenty like @orbapp.lens (which has filters as well but you can disable) or @diversehq.lens
