I literally enjoy to train. I like that fight with myself, pushing me to the limits. I mainly train for strength, agility and endurance. Cannot get them all, but i try to find a good balance within these. In the end i would love to stay healthy so i can workout also when im really old and not semi old like now haha. What about you, what are your goals?
