- I'm roasting one time a week on average, spending ~1 hour on all semi-automatic process. While my work is weight beans, set temperature and timer, put beans on roaster and take out.
- I bought semi automatic machine, that can mix, keep temperature and auto-off on timer. 200° for 20 minutes looks perfect for me at this moment. More experiments - more time.
