I can see how this works, but my kids (like every elite CEO on LinkedIn) start the day at 5am and I am the chef.
Early mornings are the only way (6 am starts) - get in 2 hours in a day 7 days a week and you see it compound.. that said I do not have kids yet, so 😀
I usually try to do it at night when my son is sleeping. I lock myself in the office for an hour, I set an alarm because I would be investigating all night 😅. I try to do it every day during the week. In the end, if you can get it done for at least 4 days, it's an achievement.
I have to say, I struggle with this myself. I got good result allocating first 2 hours of the day and shifting other commitments to the evening if needed. Something I should go back to TBH.
