I am a strong believer in talkers talk, doers do tbh. Communication skills are important but if you overemphasize on it also problematic lol
When I was at ByteDance actually they didnt do many calls and instead opted for async meetings and correspondance to support the introverted folks and give them a fair shot at the table. I really liked that approach
