yeah I recently experienced this first hand. I got permanently suspended for saying "mfs" and lost a 3.5k follower account. I was using that account for all my info, all my friends, all my promotions for my music nfts. In one second they were all suddenly gone... really painful.
Yep exactly, you have no ownership on twitter and co. It’s never portable and as you said can be killed anytime by them without your wishes. A UI should be able to hide stuff if they wish or do not agree with it (as it’s purely a client you pick to use) but it SHOULD be portable, else your building a reputation up using your time, energy even money on a platform which has no promised value in 1 year (as it could be gone)!
