- Ahhhhh, I understand you now. I was imaging something completely different.
So if someone's post contained incorrect information, then people can open a menu that will allow them to post a correction. People viewing the original post can open this same menu and see the corrections that have been submitted, and can either submit their own, or upvote an existing correction? I think that's probably a good idea, tbh.
With the small user base on Lens rn, even corrections may not be correct, but if mainstream adoption is achieved I could see the correct corrections floating to the surface. But then again, may be not.
Which begs the question. Will the correction with the most upvotes be displayed under the original post? Like X's Community Note's? If it does, then who is verifying that it is, in fact, correct? Will we need corrections of corrections?
