- I have to admit that I'm still having a lot of trouble 😅 identifying how Handle and Profile NFTs will work in v2. If there's a video presentation other than the EthCC one, or some documentation, I'd love to dive in 🤔
And to answer the question, I think it's necessary to have default settings, but to inform the user about it, so that he can modify them as he see fit later on, if need be 🤷♂️
- Anyway, I think this 7-day counter is good as a security measure. But I confess that the difference between the concept and functionalities of handle and profile is not clear to me. 😁

I was wondering why Lens have a length limitation when choosing a handle? What if I wanted to get @ufo.lens handle. Or if someone has a short name, and wanted their name to be a handle.

- Safety first but it will definitely make sense if V2 sets handle NFTs without Lens Guardian and let people opt-in during on-boarding or later in the settings.
- What about a user adjustable cooldown for handles: min 1 day, max 7 day, default 7 days (opt-out required). Such setup gives users control, retains minimal security baseline while ensuring enough flexibility for most use cases.
With or without adjustable cooldown period, opt-out (ON by default) is always better than opt-in, assuming you want to maximize security.

- Make sense to give our both Handle and profile NFTs as it gives protection of layers and makes a buyer of Handle confident and safe.

- That would be great and give the profile economy a boost for those wanting to sell and buy, at least they know what they are buying and this will mean and take sociagraph of web³ to a whole new level again. @lensprotocol always setting the pace while others follows. It's tiring using some web³ social and having to type same thing across different platforms withing the same much of that same web³, but with lens it's a done deal across board once one has done it in one platform... Kudos to the great minds and devs.
