First, there’s no such thing as a “simple React app” because React is terrible and makes the simplest things difficult. 😉 Feel free to DM me; maybe I can peak the code and see what’s the holdup.
Hello! I noticed your question on Discord and will respond to you there. Additionally, I'd like to mention that we offer a Next.js template to assist with bootstrapping new projects. It includes a preconfigured Lens SDK for your convenience. You can check out the details at the link below: https://docs.lens.xyz/docs/developer-quickstart
Install cursor.sh it’s a vscode fork with GPT4 integrated, you can feed it the Lens API Docs (any api docs really) and it can reference them when you need to debug/troubleshoot. Once you get comfortable with it, it’s a nice jr pair programmer. You’ll be surprised how far it can get you.
Keep pushing forward! Learning new tools can be challenging, especially without comprehensive documentation. Have you explored online forums or developer communities for additional help? Remember, every obstacle you overcome is a step forward in your coding journey. You're doing great!
Do you have ChatGPT+? Auto dev is a really interesting way to both learn and make things happen. I’ve experimented with React in particular.

We are aware that current documentation is not enough. New docs is coming. In the meantime for each SDK React Hook you can find example in the Reference docs: https://lens-protocol.github.io/lens-sdk/modules/_lens_protocol_react_web.Core.html which includes examples. These are also available in your IDE suggestions so you depending on your editor it can just supports you as you type. The Lens SDK playground app is a great way to see each hook working: https://lens-sdk-example-web-wagmi.vercel.app/ And the code is available as reference implementation: https://github.com/lens-protocol/lens-sdk/tree/develop/examples/web @lens/krzysu suggestion of the Next.js template is also a great starting point to have the basic configuration done for you.
