- Phone Or Google Calendar works for me. Plus notepad, Notion, color coded Spreadsheet for more details about the task. Before smartphones, I just have a notebook. - I forgot to mention about focus mode RE notifications, I still turn on notifs for emergency contacts. - and yes on taking breaks 🙌
