Yo, Emma has disabled & enabled the dispatcher multiple times and is still getting the same error, which is: "Momoka is currently in beta - during this time certain actions are not available to all profiles." Can you pass this onto your Lens contact? Seems like she wasn't made eligible for Momoka when she should've been.
She's apparently already tried that.
