Some people build tools based on problems other build them based on solutions (they are not the same)

- It's interesting to see such a strong reaction.
Just so you know, diversity is what makes the world turn - more options, different approaches, they're all good for users. And let's be honest, a little competition never hurt anyone, right? It keeps us on our toes, pushes us to do better. So its good that "they are not the same" as you already stressed enough in your friendly comment ;)
About your accusations - I saw a tool, thought it was cool, but wanted it to do things my way. I wanted a bot that doesn't sprinkle stats images in the chat and also supports @buttrfly.lens links. So, I made one. It's no big deal. No hate, no sticking it in anyone's face - just good old problem-solving
And hey Dan, just between us - in all fairness creating a bot that handles regex isn't exactly rocket science. I saw what you made, wanted something different, and so I built it. No need to make a fuss about it. Let's just get back to building cool things :)
