It says I can't reply to their post...why? Just wanted to say that I loved this episode, and it's so important to talk about diversity! One thing that I see a lot of happening is related to English (I'm Brazilian). Every time I'm in charge of a content creation team, specially for a broad audience, I highlight how significant it is to avoid overly complex words and sentences, because not everybody from our target persona is an English fluent speaker. Even if they are, not everyone is so tech-savvy to understand all crypto jargon. Also, written is easier than spoken language, so subtitles are a must! AI should always be leveraged to get subtitles and translations.
