- @meltem.lens has a good list
- Aldus Huxley 💜
- how about this one 😛
- Doctorow is right about Temeraire.
And the intro to his "why" is amazing
"One of the finest pleasures in life is to discover a complete series of novels as an adult, to devour them right through to the end, and to arrive at that ending to discover that, while you'd have happily inhabited the author's world for many more volumes, you are eminently satisfied with the series' conclusion."

- red rising trilogy -pierce brown
- **Hyperion** and **The Fall of Hyperion** from Dan Simmons is a magnificent story spread over two books. That first book is a masterpiece and might be the best story that I’ve read. Don’t miss out on this one if you haven’t read it yet.
**The Chronicles of Amber** books by Roger Zelazny is also highly recommended. The story is unique and incredible with a super fast pace to it. Especially the first five beginning with The Nine Princes of Amber. It’s being adapted into a TV show by George R.R. Martin and Stephen Colbert, so it should begin making waves in a few years.
- George Orwell' 1984
William Gibson's neuromancer
- Everything Peter f Hamilton but start with The Reality Dysfunction
- Stranger in a Strange land
- Dune Frank Herbert. It inspired the Dune movie(s).
- Neuromancer.
