I was sick of just feeling not the best in myself. I think everyone knows when they feel that way. If I cant give myself that 1 hour a day for myself, then I’m already failing life really! Community fitness sounds epic haha not see a fitness app built on lens yet 👀
I've too much on my hands to be setting up a fitness community, but it'd be really cool if someone did!
Would for sure participate in the community 🙂 Or even maybe bootstrap it (why not) Coaching is a bit more tricky, already hard to find time for my own training 😆 And it's big deal to coach people maybe in some years after experimenting on myself 🤣
