How about adding a feature to "unmint" or "unmint within a certain time window" ? Creators can decide if they want to enable unmint on their collectables.

Quite complicated. To handle it properly funds from the mint would have to be locked for that time window. Effort to value not the best imho. But you can always craft a LIP and see where it goes ;)
