Funny thing is that I'm working now on a plan to revamp community 😃 😃 What metrics/KPIs would you focus on? Community growth, engagement levels, user interaction....?? For Lens I'd add collectors, mirrors And what tools? We use Kazm analitics for Discord and Twitter, but for Lens we're struglling.
