thanks Ryan, what a great post. Love your data centric approaches. I read it once will definitely join your TED talk a second time - good that it’s recorded :-). The data availability point of view makes a lot of sense for me. What’s your opinion on trust and encryption ? „Everyone“ publishing data to the blockchain creates lots of data but says little about the quality of the data. Sticking with your example how can I as a retail customer be sure that the „fair trade sustainable green good for the world coffee beans“ are actually what they promise? How do you think Encryption will change the positive effect of available data? I guess in the not so distant future we will see encrypted data with opt-ins for specific usage and apps. -> as a lens user I can decide which App gets access to my encrypted data and which doesn’t. Would you say that’s probable and what would that change?
