If we would build the most democratizing algoritm for content discovery, what should it take into account and what kind of things should it empower?

What does it mean for an algorithm to be democratized?
- algo is made public, built on public on-chain data - reinforcement/curation mechanism with a token/slashing - basic API as a public good - pay / incentivize for promoted content (with reputation system for signaling)
On top of this I would add that there should be a base algo and explore algo that lets users curate more to add to their base algo.
Wow, this is an awesome question! I think it should take into account the element of narrative - I’m always intrigued by the story behind an artists work. I love learning about process. If an algorithm can empower creators who weave a story for their audience, that would be cool. My other thought on this is collaboration. I think it’s important to empower creators who work with other creators, and in turn build community.
It should let the user decide DoS. If you’re just making one algo tho and not an algo generator following DoS should be heavily considered and inhibitory DoS should be utilized in tandem. IMO
