As both a Lens and Farcaster user, I think Farcaster is doing a pretty good job. It's social graph is sticky and I really like how it's much easier to find discussions and people via their channels feature. It reminds me of early days of reddit. Lens seems to be focusing more on visual content creation and curation which is a different go to market path they are heading to versus Farcaster.
Farcaster is the now, Zurf is the next
The competition is healthy for the ecosystem. An entire new sector is being created that comes to replace traditional networks, and it's necessary to have different projects trying to innovate on this new paradigm
