- I wake up and immediately check my phone. It's an old habit, but I'm trying to break it
- turn off my alarm, check my phone for notifications, and lying down sleepy 😴
- I do a 3 page brain dump journal. Put the pages in a folder , don’t read em, clear to face my day😎

- When I wake up in the morning, the first thing I do is open my eyes.
Then, when I'm done opening my eyes, I close them again 😂😂

I grab my phone and text my mom. She's usually awake by then, so she'll send me a quick reply and we can tell each other how our days are going
- in the past, i usually grabbed my phone, went to the social app, watched other people posts. But now I quit that bad habit, I know that it's not good for my brain and wastes my time. I put my phone out of the bedroom so I cannot grab it anymore. Now after waking up, I get out of the bed, turn on the relaxing morning music, drink some water to wake up my body. I feel full of energy to start a new day.
