Moe, what privileges does a profile manager have? Post and collect? Can they transfer the lens profile? Is it intended as a way to delegate your account

A profile manager can only do core lens actions: post, comment, mirror, quote, like, collect, follow, unfollow. It cannot move your profile or do any wallet based actions. This means it can't use any non-lens features like Messages and Spaces.
