I quickly read the differences between sidechain and L2, but I confess that they are still very abstract concepts for me... hehehehehe, despite being completely different things... If you are willing, I would like to take advantage of the subject and ask you something: I was recently reading the documentation of a game (Polygon), because I found it interesting that in it, there were transactions as if it were on a blockchain, with a block explorer and everything else, but this all happened on the game's "blockchain"... It made me think about what Momoka would be... What is Momoka? Why are there transactions at Polygon, Arweave and Momoka? Can you explain it to me simply? 😁
Polygon is not just one chain, though. Yes, this one we are on is a sidechain, which is called Polygon PoS (Proof 0f Stake). But Polygon also has some real L2s, like Miden, Nightfall, and Hermez etc.. And this sidechain is also being upgraded next year to become a real L2.
