It’s trying to create a market around “first editions” of creator content. I think it’s just another aspect to consider in the ever evolving world of digit

- thank you for this overview @huugo.lens makes a lot of sense when thought from the value of a first collect of a piece. However, as you said, this can be easily gamed in the digital world so hopefully it'll evolve with more dialogue and feedback 🙂
- Yes, focusing only on "first editions" allows us to aggregate them all into a single collection. When you think of NFT collection "brands" like BAYC, CryptoPunks, etc they have a floor price, unique items, and a community.
We're aiming to replicate that for Lens Creators. So a Lens Creator's Creator Token Collection could be their NFT brand complete with a floor price, volume, secondary sales, etc.
The 10% fee by default goes to the creator's DAO, but the creator has access to a setting which can change it to go to themselves or any other address.
One more thing is that bots will abuse, but those are problems which can be solved. They can be solved by stuff like whitelists, or auctions. It's early days so remains to be seen!
