Not possible to change the name of an account once minted, but you can buy a new one and use both. Followers can not be transferred to a new account since

Heard rumor on spaces yesterday that Lens v2 may have some ability to change the account name. Certainly not the nft itself, but there’d be a different account name linked to the account that follows throughout the entire ecosystem
