here is the calculation of the score described: https://hey.xyz/posts/0x0f85-0x1c87-DA-be50be3c but tbh I'm not sure if there is a point in "increasing your score". Not sure if the score will be ever calculated again. Ideally the "lens score" if sth like that will ever exist will be calculated based on different input data and a different calculation.
