It's very important to keep safe, please let it be as it is. We don't require less cooldown period.
I think seven days is safer.
7 is too long and one too short. Just imagine there is some kind of hack. With a longer period of cooldown one could maybe find a way to frontrun the sending transaction and get their profile back. So maybe something like 2 days?
