100%. it seems a couple folks took my post as a shot at newcomers when i didn't mention them at all. i'm all for welcoming new people - i've actually onboarded a few myself and even did a spaces with @lens/jessyjeanne to encourage new creators and OGs alike to come and talk about their work.
