I have the theory that, due to realistic animation advances, we've reached the Uncanny Valley in many “amateur” animations (is She-Hulk amateur?). Professional studios are taking a step towards differentiating realistic and artistic, as seen with Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, Puss in Boots 2 and Arcane.
