The first final deadline is set for January 10th, 2024. That’s the deadline for Ark Invest and Cathie Wood. I SEC is going to approve BlackRock’s ETF, it is most likely going to approve Ark Invest ETF as well. But good point about the ETF. It could trigger a surge in BTC price due to a huge hype around ETF, potentially followed by a decline upon the ETF approval.
