Raoul Pal has some very interesting views on this too 👏🏻 Agreed this is going to be a shock as long term leases expire and tenets do not Re-sign. Maybe we will see conversion into residential property ⚡️
But it also varies from country to country. In few countries, where people don’t take out loans for properties, they are doing well.
