I guess, he tried to say "you have to find a mental support within yourself when facing pbs in life". So if you can't fix mistakes anymore, then accept it/normalize it and move on. You start by stopping to complain first to the world, then to siblings and finally to yourself...
I think what he is trying to say is that we all have our cross to bear. You will hopefully accept the situation, meaning accepting where you are right now, and will hopefully take steps to fix your situation. It’s okay to cry and be in pain, but it’s not okay to let the suffering crush you down. Stay strong 💪🏻💪🏻
